Skipping for Chris & Nan- Support my Skip for Heart challenge to help save Aussie hearts.
This November, I’m challenging myself to 79 skips a day (or more!). I’m doing it to support heart health, and in great honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
Every skip honours the people that I love most and have lost to heart disease and every dollar I raise is helping to support healthier hearts for every single generation to come!!
