This November, we are challenging our gym members (and friends) to colllectively complete 25,000 skips a week (YOU READ THAT RIGHT!). We're doing it to support heart health, and in honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
Many of us have been either directly or indirectly impacted by heart disease. Every skip honours the people we love, and every dollar we raise is helping to support healthier hearts for every generation.
