Skipping for Heart – 30 Days of Rope, Sweat & Laughter!
I’ve decided to join the Skip for Heart fundraiser because, well… I’ve always liked skipping — and now I’m curious to see if I can actually last 30 days straight without tripping over my own feet!
Hopefully, it’ll do some good for my heart (and maybe my coordination too). If you feel inclined, send a bit of encouragement or a few dollars towards this great cause — but no pressure! I promise I won’t be harassing anyone for donations.
Out of all the challenges out there, this one really caught my attention — so here I am, skipping my way toward a healthier heart and hopefully some laughs along the way.
Cheers,
Anna – your friendly neighbourhood skipper
“Rope, Hope & a Whole Lot of Hops”
This November, I’m challenging myself to 79 skips a day (or more!). I’m doing it to support heart health, and in honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
Every skip honours the people I love, and every dollar I raise is helping to support healthier hearts for every generation.
