Skipping is not as easy as I thought 🤣

My calves are getting strong but want to cramp up. I sweat like crazy every day I skip. 
I’ve learnt that my normal high bun does not work when skipping and gets caught every time 🤣
I’m feeling better each day! 
Even if I’m tired and just don’t want to I remind myself that I’ve made a commitment so there’s no excuse to not skip! 
It’s a quick little workout 
Gets the heart pumping ❤️💪🏻
And I do feel better afterwards 

79 skips a day starting November 1st for ❤️ health

79 Australian lives are cut short every day because of their heart heath 💔. 

So this November, I’m going to do 79 skips a day (or more🤞🏼!) to help raise awareness, raise some money and hopefully inspire at least one more person to do daily exercise and help their heart health. 

I’m not fit 🫩. It’s gonna hurt ❤️‍🩹. I’m going to sweat lots and be a red tomato everyday 🥵. 

But hopefully with your support, donations and encouragement by the end I’ll be fitter 💪🏻, healthier 🥰, raised some money to support a good cause and inspired people to change their daily lifestyle a little for a healthier heart 🫶🏻🤎🫶🏻🤎🫶🏻🤎
