Support my Skip for Heart challenge to help save Aussie hearts.
This November, I’m challenging myself to 79 skips a day (or more!). In October 2024, Dad had surgery to install a pacemaker because his heart was running at 33bpm. In July this year, after weeks in hospital, he had open heart surgery for an aortic valve replacement. The impact on our family has once again been huge, and we are very lucky to still have him around! I’m doing this to support heart health, research, and in honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
Every skip honours the people I love, and every dollar I raise is helping to support healthier hearts for every generation.

Set that alarm and get skipping! Good luck with the challenge and the fundraising.
