Skipping for dad
This November, I’m challenging myself to a minimum of 79 skips a day. I’m doing it to raise awareness for heart health, and in honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
On the 23rd October 2020, my dad - Ian Banovich suffered a cardiac arrest, he died on the 31st January this year after a courageous battle with cardiac and kidney failure.
Every skip honours my dad, and every dollar raised helps to support healthier hearts for every generation. I’m doing this with my daughter - please support us either by donating a small amount, joining us in our daily skipping challenge or both !
