Less than 24hrs ago I signed up to fundraise, and have already passed my goal of $1000 thanks to such a great community I know.Support my Skip for Heart challenge to help save Aussie hearts.
This November, I’m challenging myself to 79 skips a day (or more!). I’m doing it to support heart health, and in honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
Every skip honours the people I love, and every dollar I raise is helping to support healthier hearts for every generation.
As some of you may know, I am not a stranger to this disease, undergoing multiple heart surgeries since I was 5 weeks old, with my latest surgery just last year. I am not over this battle with at least 1 more open-heart operation to come in the next few years.
