39 new things before 39, and this is my first thing!
Tonight I decided to do 39 new things before I am 39 next year. Then this popped up, so here we are! It will always be Jump rope for heart to me, but I have joined the Skip for Heart, November skipping challenge. 79 skips per day for 30 days. Timing couldn't be more perfect, because at the ripe age of 38 now, I have just been told (seriously, like Tuesday) my cholesterol is elevated, it isn't by much, but it is enough for me to say "oh dang!" and be more mindful about how my choices affect other areas of my body, outside of the obvious cuddly, cushioning that makes up this beautiful body.I am sure, my legs will not be thanking me initially, but I think I will be ok by the end of it!
