LET'S SKIPPING YO

I haven't used a skipping rope since I was a kid! : D
I do own one, but it has hung proudly on a coat hook in my bedroom for years! And stayed there! : D
And yet here I am, signing up to do (at least) 79 skips a day for all of November hahahahah

Why 79? Apparently that's the amount of Australians we lose to heart disease each day.

Why skip? Because I hate exercise and I need some kind of push to do it, so if you donate I have no choice but to do what I said I would do!

So! Please donate if you 
- want to see me go from an unfit flailing clutz skipper to .. slightly more fit and less clutzy skipper!
- want to help support The Heart Foundation and all the amazing work they do to fund research, raise awareness and support those suffering.
