Support my Skip for Heart challenge to help save lives from heart attack.
This November, I’m taking on the challenge of 95 skips a day — but for me, this challenge is deeply personal.
Heart disease has touched my family in ways I wish it never had. Both my dad and my brother experienced heart attacks, and sadly, I have lost them both. I know children and families whose lives are affected by heart conditions too.
I’m skipping for them. ❤️
The Heart Foundation’s 95 Skips a Day challenge represents the heartbreaking reality that, on average, one Australian dies from a heart attack every 95 minutes.
So every skip I do will be in honour of the people I love, the people I miss, and every family whose life has been changed by heart disease.
If my skipping — and the money I can raise along the way — can help fund lifesaving research, prevention and healthier hearts for future generations, then every single skip will be worth it.
This one is very close to my heart. ❤️
