This November, I’m challenging myself to 79 skips a day (or more!). I’m doing it to support heart health, and in honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
Every skip honours the people and sport I love, and every dollar I raise is helping to support healthier hearts for every generation.
