I’m so fat (the biggest I’ve ever been in my life) weighing over 100kg and borderline diabetic so it’s time to make a change and start getting fit again!What a great incentive and organisation to support in support of getting fit and healthy.
To start my journey I would greatly appreciate your support in support of making hearts healthier.
Having family members that have had heart failure/disease, holes in hearts, hearts larger than normal it’s time to step up and make a change for our next generations to come.
