I’ve moved from Ks for R U OK? In October To Skip for Heart in November!I’ve kept the skipping goal at 79 because of the importance of the number but I’m aiming to skip more than that.
I started with 86 on the first day and moved up to 116 today. Tomorrow is Tuesday morning fitness at my school and it’s Skipping time so hopefully I can clock a few extras with support from the students!
I’ll post a video of my skips today!
