Support my Skip for Heart challenge to help save Aussie hearts.
This November, I’m challenging myself to 79 skips a day (or more!). I’m doing it to support heart health, and in honour of the 79 Australians whose lives are cut short by heart disease every day.
Every skip is for my dad, Peter Wieden, whose memory inspires me every day. He underwent heart surgery four years before his passing — and while he was fortunate enough to live a full and happy life, he was still taken too soon. It’s also for the people I love — for my family, and for the generations to come — so they can enjoy long, healthy lives together. Every dollar raised will help protect hearts and give more families the chance to share those precious moments that matter most.
